What is the cost of renting arcade games, other games, and photobooths?
The best way to receive pricing quickly on our games and photos booths is by submitting an online wishlist request.
What is the minimum amount of hours I can rent a Photo Booth or Games for?
Our photo booths and some of our games have an hourly rate, and the minimum rental period is 4 hours. You may rent these items for less than 4 hours, but the minimum rate will apply. Many of our games have a flat daily rate.
How long before my event should I reserve my arcade game, other game, or photo booth?
There is not a cutoff date for ordering arcade games, other games, or photo booths for your event. We recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible, however, to ensure availability.
Is there an order minimum for arcade games, other games, or photo booths?
Yes, the minimum order for arcade games, other games and photo booths is $1,000 before tax and delivery. The rental minimum is subject to increase during peak times of the year or if your event is outside of our normal delivery area.
Do you provide attendants for your Photo Booths and Arcade Games?
All of our Photo Booths come with attendants. Some of our games come with attendants if they are required. If you would like to add an event supervisor to your event, we can provide one for an additional fee.
How do I know if Arcade Games or other games will fit in my venue or event space?
When you book your event we will discuss your venue with you and determine if our games or photo booths will fit.
Can your games and photo booths be set up outside?
Many of our games and photo booths can be set up outside. We will discuss the specific details of your event to determine if your outdoor space will be suitable.
Do I have to pay a deposit to confirm my event?
Once you sign your event contract, we do require that you pay a non-refundable 25% retainer to hold your equipment. Your remaining balance will be due 7 days before your event.
If I have to cancel my event, is my deposit refundable?
The 25% retainer is non-refundable.
What do your staff/attendants wear to events?
During set up our staff will be dressed in black pants and a black Snap Entertainment shirt. During an event our attendants wear back pants, black shoes, and a black Snap Entertainment polo shirt.
Do I need to tip your staff/attendants?
While it is not expected, tips for event attendants are always appreciated.
